Job Application Policy

INFORMATION CLAUSE CANDIDATES / CV RECEIPT

Data Controller: SYNGOI TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. (hereinafter, ‘SYNGOI’) with Tax ID Number B42962936 and address at Parque Científico y Tecnológica de Bizkaia, Ibaizadal Bidea, 501B, CP 48170 Zamudio-Bizkaia.

Purpose: i) In the event that you submit your application to the job offers you will find on our website – by sending it to the email address indicated on the website, we will process your data to manage your application within the framework of the personal selection processes carried out by the Data Controller; ii) Send communications related to various job offers within our organisation and iii) Request and processing information about your disability, intolerances, allergies, or any other data related to your health that is relevant to adapt and assess your application in relation to the job applied for.

Legitimation: i) Application of pre-contractual measures to meet your job application; ii) consent and iii) Processing of health data to avoid risks on the basis of Law 31/1995 on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, which requires this information to be known in order to adapt the job to the worker, as well as Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of 29 November, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion.

Recipients: In general, we do not disclose your personal data to third parties, except in the following cases: (i) as required by law; (ii) providers who provide us with certain services (e.g. virtual infrastructure services, cloud computing, etc.), who may have access to and/or process your personal data in their capacity as data processors. 

Retention: About your application, we will keep your data for one (1) year from the date of receipt and until you express your refusal to process it. At the end of this period, your data will be kept for the period of limitation of any legal liability of any kind.

Rights: Access, rectification, opposition, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. You have the right to object at any time to the present processing of personal data, as well as to revoke the consent given. These rights may be exercised by sending a communication to the address of the Data Controller, or via dpo@acellaincubator.com.

You may also file a complaint at any time with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

International data transfers: In any case, your personal data will not be transferred to countries located outside the European Union for which there are no adequate safeguards.
